Strip out the old
We remove all the damaged or ageing roofline materials. We never cap over old boards, so the new installation goes onto a clean, solid base.
Fit the new roofline
We fit new UPVC soffits, fascias, gutters and cladding. The soffits are ventilated to let air into the roof space, and the gutters are pitched correctly so water doesn't stand or overflow.
Clean-up and waste removal
When the work is done we clear the site and take all the old materials away with us.

Do I need to replace soffits, gutters and cladding all at once?
Not necessarily. We'll look at your property and recommend what actually needs replacing. Some customers replace everything for a uniform finish; others deal with the problem areas only.
How do I know if my soffits or gutters need replacing?
Look out for cracked or sagging boards, peeling paint, leaking gutters, or water marks on the outside walls near the roofline. Mould or rot in the roof timbers can also be a warning sign.
Is UPVC better than timber or metal?
For most homes, yes. UPVC is low-maintenance and weather-resistant, doesn't warp or rot, and never needs repainting. It comes in a range of finishes to suit your property.
How long do new soffits and gutters last?
Properly installed UPVC roofline systems can last 20 to 30 years or more with very little upkeep.
Do you remove the old boards or cap over them?
We always remove the old soffits and fascias completely. Capping over hides the problem; a full replacement gives a clean result that lasts.
